Chinese White Monkey (white tea)
China White Monkey is harvested as soon as the first buds start to grow in early spring. Due to less bright sunlight and lower temperatures, the character differs from a later picking. The tea gets its name from its appearance: the leaves resemble the paws of the Chinese white monkey.Flavour profile:Delicately sweet, clean and floral, hints of soft fruit.

Mao Feng Organic (green tea)
This organic green tea was harvested in early spring at the Qingshan plantation in Hunan province. The tea consists of leaves only. The tea can be enjoyed well with breakfast or any other meal. The tea comes out very well with fish.Flavour profile:Fine spices, sweet with notes of young vegetables.

Jasmin Pearl Organic (green tea)
Only the buds and first two leaves are picked from this green jasmine tea. This handmade green organic jasmine tea is traditionally produced at the Qingshan farm in Hunan. It is fermented ten times for 24 hours with freshly picked jasmine flowers. One kilo of jasmine tea requires ten kilos of blossoms. The jasmine blossom is picked in the evening, as this is when the fragrance of the blossom is strongest. Flavour profile:It is a delicate and pleasant tea. The taste sensation is sweet and mild.

Earl Grey Organic (black tea)
Earl Grey has black tea as its base. The story goes that a Chinese mandarin gave the secret recipe to Englishman Charles Earl Grey II (1764-1845). The latter was so enthusiastic about the tea that he named it after himself and marketed it. True or not, the fact is that Earl Grey is now an integral part of the tea world. It is the most famous flavoured tea in the world. Nowadays, Indian teas are mainly used for Earl Grey, as well as tea from Sri Lanka. Ceylon Kenilworth (black tea)
In the western hills of Sri Lanka lies the Kenilworth tea plantation. The plantation is about 350 hectares and is located at an altitude of 1000 to 1300 metres. Tea from this plantation has fetched the highest price ever paid at the fair in Colombo. This tea is picked after the first monsoon rains, in the combination of two leaves and one bud each. The tea consists of long, thin red-brown leaves. The quality of the leaves is referred to as 'Orange Pekoe': twisted lengthwise, with a minimum size of 8 to 15 mm.Flavour profile: Smooth with a full body and notes of liquorice.

Rooibos Organic
This organic Rooibos is hand-picked in the Cederberg region during the summer season. The Rooibos is a low plant with needle-like leaves. The leaves are picked, pounded and placed in the sun to oxidise. This is where the Rooibos gets its deep red colour. Rooibos contains no caffeine and virtually no tannin. The infusion is easily digestible. The high quality of this Rooibos can be seen by the high proportion of needles vs. twigs Flavour profile: Sweet, spicy and fruity, notes of honey.

Although most chamomile comes from Egypt, this one is picked in Austria from June to September.
